04 — Unrecognised charges
Do you see a charge you do not recognise?
Our charges appear on your bank or card statement as BPF LLC. If you bought one of our digital books and do not recognise that name, that is what it is: the company that publishes them.
Before opening a dispute with your bank, write to us at soporteonlinerecetas@gmail.com or call +1 (845) 285-8302, telling us the last four digits of the card and the approximate date. We identify the transaction straight away and, if it is appropriate, we refund it directly.
It is far quicker than a chargeback, which takes weeks to settle, and it costs you nothing.
