01 — Parties
Who this agreement is between
This End User Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between BPF LLC, a Limited Liability Company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”), and the individual who purchases and downloads any of our digital products (“you”).
It applies to every digital product we publish: eBooks, guides, printable materials, design and pattern libraries, video lessons and any file delivered as part of a purchase.
02 — Acceptance
When this Agreement takes effect
By completing a purchase, downloading a file or accessing the material, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of it, do not download or use the material, and request a refund within the guarantee period described in our Refund Policy.
03 — Licence granted
What you get
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the material you purchased, worldwide and for an unlimited time, subject to the conditions in this Agreement.
You are buying a licence to use the material, not ownership of it. The files, the text, the images, the designs and the structure of every product remain the property of BPF LLC or of its licensors.
04 — Permitted use
What you may do
Within the licence above, you may:
— Download the files and keep your own backup copies.
— Read, study and follow the material for your personal use.
— Print printable materials as many times as you need, for yourself and for the members of your own household.
— Use the material with the children in your own family or, where the product is presented as a classroom resource, with the students of your own class.
— Stitch, draw, fold, build or otherwise make physical items following our patterns and instructions, for yourself or as gifts.
05 — Prohibited use
What you may not do
You may not:
— Resell, rent, sublicense, lend, give away, publish or otherwise distribute the files, in whole or in part, by any means, including file-sharing services, messaging groups, cloud folders, marketplaces or social networks.
— Share your access credentials or download links with anyone outside your household.
— Upload the material to any platform, public or private, where third parties can obtain it.
— Create derivative works based on the material, or incorporate it into a product of your own, without our prior written permission.
— Remove, alter or obscure any copyright notice, watermark or authorship credit contained in the files.
— Use the material to train, fine-tune or feed any automated or artificial intelligence system.
— Claim authorship of the material or present it as your own work.
06 — Commercial use
Selling what you make
Unless the product page for a specific product states otherwise, this licence is for personal use only and does not include a commercial licence.
Where a product is explicitly sold with commercial rights, the scope of those rights is described on that product’s own page and prevails over this section for that product. In every case, the right to sell physical items you make yourself never includes the right to redistribute the digital files themselves.
07 — Delivery and access
How you receive the material
All our products are digital. Once your payment is confirmed, the access instructions are sent to the email address you provided at checkout, normally within minutes. Nothing is shipped physically.
To use the material you need an internet connection and a device able to open standard digital reading formats. Printable products are supplied as PDF files sized for home printing.
If the access does not reach you, write to soporteonlinerecetas@gmail.com and we will send it again.
08 — Term and termination
How this licence ends
This licence begins when you complete your purchase and continues indefinitely, unless it is terminated.
It terminates automatically, without notice and without any right to a refund, if you breach any of the prohibitions in section 05. It also terminates if you receive a refund: from that moment your access to the material is withdrawn and your right to use the content ends.
On termination you must stop using the material and delete the copies in your possession.
09 — No warranty of results
What the material is and is not
Our materials are informational and educational. Results vary from person to person and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
The material is not a substitute for professional advice. On matters of health, law, finance or any other field requiring qualified judgement, consult a licensed professional before making decisions.
The material is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10 — Limitation of liability
The limit of our responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with this Agreement is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product concerned.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the material.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
11 — Changes
Updates to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement at any time. The version that governs your purchase is the one published on this page at the moment you made it. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
12 — Governing law and contact
Applicable law and how to reach us
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
