Who operates this site
This site and the sale of its products are operated by BPF LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the state of Wyoming, United States.
BPF LLC is a 100% online company dedicated to publishing and distributing digital books. We have no physical store or walk-in office, and we make no in-person sales. Our entire relationship with you — purchase, delivery and support — takes place through digital means.

By making a purchase on this site you accept these Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading them before completing your order.
If you disagree with any of these points, do not complete the purchase. We may modify these terms at any time; the version governing your purchase is the one published on this page at the time you made it.
03 — Product and delivery
What you receive and how
What you are buying is a digital product with immediate access: digital books, guides and downloadable materials. No physical products are shipped and there is no shipping cost or delivery time.
Once payment is confirmed you will receive access instructions by email, at the address you provided at checkout. Delivery is automatic and usually immediate.
If a few minutes go by and you have not received access, check your spam or promotions folder. If it still does not appear, write to us at support@instanthandbook.com and we will resend it.
To access the material you need an internet connection and a device capable of opening files in the usual digital reading formats.
04 — Price and payment
One-time payment, no subscriptions
The published price is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges, automatic renewals or subscriptions: you will not be charged again for the same purchase.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment platforms, including Stripe. This site does not receive or store your card details: you enter them directly in the payment processor environment.
On your card statement the charge may appear identified with the name BPF LLC or with the name of the site where you made the purchase.
Depending on your country of residence, the amount may be displayed in your local currency and be subject to the taxes or conversion fees applied by your bank or card issuer.
05 — Guarantee and refunds
7-day guarantee
We offer a 7-day guarantee from the date of purchase. If within that period you feel the product is not for you, you may request a refund of the amount paid through our contact channels, with no need to justify your decision.
After that period no refunds are issued, as this is a digital product with immediate access.
How to request a refund. Write to us at support@instanthandbook.com from the same email address you used for the purchase, indicating the product purchased and the date. You do not need to explain your reasons.
Timelines. We answer every request within 72 business hours. Once the refund is approved, we process it through the same payment method you used. The money may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the refund your access to the material is revoked and your licence to use the content ends.
If the sales page of a particular product advertises a guarantee period longer than the one stated here, that longer period applies.
Before starting a claim or chargeback with your bank, write to us: we can almost always resolve it directly and far more quickly.
06 — Intellectual property
Personal, non-transferable use
All content — text, images, downloadable materials and the site itself — is the property of BPF LLC or its licensors, and is granted to you under a personal, non-transferable licence.
Reselling, redistributing, copying, assigning, publishing or sharing it in whole or in part, by any means, without our prior written authorisation, is prohibited. You may not use the content to create derivative products or for commercial purposes.
Breaching this clause allows us to cancel your access immediately, with no right to a refund, and to take any legal action that may apply.

The content is provided for informational and educational purposes. Results may vary from person to person and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome.
Our materials are not a substitute for professional advice. For health, legal, financial or any other matters requiring professional judgement, consult a qualified specialist before making decisions.
08 — Liability
Scope and availability
We work to keep the site and access to the material continuously available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BPF LLC's liability to you, on any grounds connected with your purchase, will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product.
09 — Privacy
How we handle your data
The data you give us — name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number — is used solely to process your purchase, deliver the product and provide support. It is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes and it is not sold.

10 — Governing law
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to any rights that the consumer protection laws of your country of residence grant you on a mandatory basis.
We will seek to resolve any dispute in good faith and through direct contact before resorting to formal proceedings.
